4. Payment Terms
Engagements may require deposits, milestone payments, or invoicing terms. Work begins after agreement execution and/or receipt of required payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volente Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of services.
6. Third-Party Services
Volente Vault and Volente Launch may involve third-party referrals, introductions, or implementation partners. Volente is not responsible for third-party advice, conduct, or outcomes.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to signed agreement terms. Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable.
